Do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ensures priority service and reduces wait time. You can book via WhatsApp, phone, or the form above.

Is there a waiting area?

Yes! We have a comfortable waiting area with seating, Wi-Fi, and refreshments while you wait for your bike.

Can I get a pickup and drop service?

Yes, we offer free pickup and drop within 5km of our workshop. For farther distances, a small fee applies. Just mention it when booking.

How do I get updates during service?

We share real-time updates, photos, and videos of your bike's service progress via WhatsApp. You're always in the loop!

What if I need emergency roadside help?

Call us anytime! We provide emergency guidance over the phone and can arrange pickup for breakdowns within the Thalassery area.
